The sunscreen remained as a shiny layer on my face that didn’t dry down or absorb into my skin. I also tested different moisturizers underneath. Note, I wait 20-30 mins after applying skincare before I apply sunscreen. Maybe if I apply 0 skincare products the sunscreen would set properly? I have no clue but this sunscreen is too drying for my skin type to do that. Edit: I forgot to mention I use a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon to dose out the sunscreen. That being said, when I tried the sunscreen on my face it just never set to that powdery finish. This transforms from a dry oil (feels very oily) to a powdery finish on my dry body skin. Thin but has enough viscosity where it doesn’t slip through your fingers. The texture change is kinda insane and I’ve never felt anything like it in a sunscreen. On my hands (dry/eczema prone) the sunscreen transformed from a dry oil to powdery finish. I was initially wowed by the hand swatch that I did.
